For me, life has always been a journey of discovery. As an entrepreneur, I am actively striving towards my 10-year target to starting my own private practice. As a student counselor intern, I work with clients who are seeking to make changes to improve their lives. I work with people with a variety of backgrounds and personal struggles using evidence-based practices in counseling.

I see counseling as a relationship in which I collaborate with clients in a partnership to help clients learn healthy communication skills, develop coping skills, and explore the client's perspective in order to move in a desired direction. I embrace the Humanistic perspective in counseling, which emphasizes your values, your choices, and your perspective as a whole person. It is my hope that in our  counseling partnership, I will help you examine the things that have caused your personal pain in order to help you to move toward your values. I believe that just like a seed planted in fertile soil, an empowered person has the tendency to grow towards their highest potential.
